Frequently Asked Questions

There are a few ways to do this.  If you are in a hurry, you can email us for a printable template which isn't 100% accurate but will get you very close.  If you prefer to have it exact, we will send you an adjustable sizer in the mail.  Allow a few extra days for it to arrive.

We know you may not want to hear this, but please don't sleep with your jewelry on!  Anytime you are doing something strenuous, store your jewelry in its box.  This includes gardening, working out, cleaning the house, swimming, showering, etc.  The more you respect your jewelry, the longer it will last.  Also, if you want to keep it clean, use warm water and a mild soap.  Use a cloth to polish the metal.

Jewelry with a gold or rose gold plating can wear off if worn excessively or not stored properly.  Please take extra care with any items with a gold plating so it will last the lifetime of the piece.  These platings are not covered by our warranty.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED?

Please email or call us right away.  We want to ensure you have the best experience possible and this would not live up to that expectation.  We will help you by making the situation right.  Please send us pictures of the shipping box, packaging, and damaged item.

HOW DO I SHIP MY ITEM BACK FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

If the item arrived damaged, we will send you a shipping label so you can get it back to us.  Just package it and bring it to the nearest shipping facility.  If you are exchanging an item due to style, please email us and we will provide all of the shipping details.

WILL YOU SHIP TO INTERNATIONAL ADDRESSES?

As of now, no.  We can only ship within the United States.  Hopefully, we will add Canada soon!
