Shipping policy

In-stock items will be shipped within 3 business days.  Personalized and Made-to-Order items will be shipped within 7-12 business days.  Items are sent via UPS and USPS.  If you need expedited shipping, please email us at info@williamandallen.com and we would be glad to arrange it.  Shipping charges will not be refunded.
